Located on the ground floor, our meeting rooms have a fresh feel with plenty of natural day light and wonderful views. Each of our meeting rooms can be hired at a room hire rate or as part of a day delegate package. Additionally, if you require more substantial area our larger conference rooms come with spacious designated breakout areas, perfect for collaboration.
Multiple seating styles
With capacity for up to 250 delegates, our flexible meeting rooms are designed to host everything from intimate workshops and seminars (suitable for classroom and U-shape style seating) to awards evenings and thought leadership conferences (suitable for banquet and theatre style seating).
Centrally located
Green Park meeting rooms are easily accessible by road, rail and bus. With dedicated Fast-track bus routes running direct from Reading station every 10 minutes, Junction 11 of the M4 just around the corner and the Number 23 National Bike Route – running from central Reading to Basingstoke – you’re sure to enjoy a pleasant journey before the meeting has even begun.
Boardroom
The floor plan is flexible and can be segregated to accommodate up to 70 guests in two separate meeting rooms – Cirrus and Stratus – each with their own conference telephone.
If you’re looking to host an important boardroom meeting, a workshop or collaborative seminar, our Conference Centre gives you all the technical facilities you need to get the most out of your day.
Each room is fitted with an HD projector with 55” repeater screens, while our AMX all-in-one touch pad controllers give you complete control over your conferencing experience, from lighting control to a full audio digital sound system.

Classroom
Located in an attractive waterfront setting, our Conference Centre can be transformed into an intimate setting for up to 24 guests.
Our built-in technology package offers you high-tech HD projectors, screens and plasma televisions to educate and entertain.
There’s ample on-site car parking for all attendees and a manned reception that will welcome and direct guests to the classrooms on arrival.
As part of Green Park’s world-class conference facilities, we can also provide an outstanding catering service for you and your class ranging from snacks and light bites through to formal banquet dining.

U-Shape
If you’re looking for an intimate setting, our U-shape conference rooms prove highly popular for training purposes, meetings and small-scale discussions. Our flexible floor plan can be divided into two classrooms, capable of accommodating up to 30 people per room.
Located in a picturesque waterfront setting overlooking Longwater Lake, our Conference Centre offers ample on-site car parking for all guests, with a manned reception that will welcome and direct guests to seminar classes on arrival.
