Wild About Reading Nature Walk

Green Park are proud to be a sponsor of the local event ‘Wild About Reading’.

The Wild About Reading event celebrates the many groups and companies that preserve and conserve different aspects of the beautiful town of Reading. From Saturday 27 July to Sunday 4 August various events will be hosted around the town to celebrate the nature of Reading.

In support of this, Green Park will be hosting a Nature Walk on Thursday 1 August from 12:00 – 14:00 to showcase the wonderful nature on and around the Park. Renowned bird expert Brian Clews will be giving an informative wildlife talk whilst taking a tour of Green Park on the look out for creatures, great and small.

Attendees may benefit from bringing along a set of binoculars.

Although this event will be taking place over two hours, attendees do not have to stay for the full two hours if their diaries do not allow this.
