It’s been proven that spending just 20 minutes a day in fresh air and natural light helps us relax, sleep better and achieve more. And a nice leisurely lakeside walk, away from the noisy and stressful office? Even better.

Explore the local trails

There are several miles worth of footpaths and trails around Green Park. What better way to get your daily dose of exercise than a brisk walk on a nice day? And if walking isn’t up to your speed, there are always plenty of bikes to hire.
